Bought 2 of these, 1 for me (to run W11), and 1 for my friend (to run W11). Can't give it any higher than 4 stars since the one I got to run windows started losing spare cells and started spitting out bad sector errors since earlier this year. Was at 53% spare and multiple bad sectors when I pulled it out. Was barely able to clone Windows to another 980 pro I got on sale. So just make sure you use something like DiskCheckup to monitor your drives so that when they do start failing, you can BACKUP YOUR DATA like I was stupidly NOT DOING! However, I would buy it again and do recommend since this is the only issue I've had with one of these drives, and it was probably a manufacturing defect in hindsight. All SSD's deal with this increased risk and more people should be mindful of that!

Cannot complain about this M.2. Beautifully made and works flawlessly. Only thing is that it has less features in the Magician app than the other two Samsung drives. Normal max temps I see are 40-50 Celcius.

a bit slower than expected, but fast enough for most usecases.

The SSD I currently have was chosen as a temporary solution. However, if you're in the market for a reliable and fastER SSD, I recommend checking out the WD SN850X or SN770.

Top performing consumer grade NVMe storage. Great software suite as well.

Easy installation, good speed, good temps. Though I was unable to clone it to a new SSD as it kept throwing errors. I can access what is on the drive but there are some files that can’t be moved.
